How do you feel about your first few months with the Company?
“During my first few months with the Company, I knew that I was working with a great Team because we all share the same age. We work together nicely, and we think alike.
I also like the fact that I can work during regular office hours. Before working here, I had difficulty adjusting to shifting schedules during my previous job. Now, I have regained a work-life balance.
Working with Stone Depot is ideal for millennials who don’t want to be stuck in an ‘eat-sleep-work-repeat’ cycle.”

As a newbie, what have you learned so far with the Company?
“Manami gid ang training kay madamo gid ako sang nauibaloan.
Sa akon training, mas nadungagan pa gid ang akon hibalo in terms sag bato perohos sang granite, marble, quartz, onyx, etc. Bangod diri mas na apresyar ko pa gid ang katahum sang -mga natural stones.
Akon man nahibaloan nga may kinaiya ang tagsa ka bato gani importante gid nga may intyakto ka nga product knowledge para nga mas masaligan ka gid sang imo mga Client bangod sang imo mga nahibaloan.
Importante gid nga mahibaloan mo ang mga muni nga pagkabutang para maka angkon ka sang kahibalo ug confidence sa oras nga mag atubang ka sa mga Clients.“
(“I’m having a good time with our training because I learn a lot from it.
It widens my knowledge about natural stones, such as granite, marble, quartz, onyx, etc. As such, I can appreciate their beauty more and more. I also learned that each material has its characteristics.
Knowing these things helps me feel confident every time I speak to a Client.”)
How do you feel about your career at Stone Depot?
“I feel motivated knowing that I am learning something new every day at the office.
I’m happy with how my colleagues treat me. It makes my job easier and a lot more enjoyable.

What made you decide to leave Manila and work here instead?
“Mas mababait ang mga tao rito sa Davao. Mas masayahin. Ibang-ibang sa pinanggalingan ko.
Dito pantay-pantay ang lahat.“

“Seeing how everyone is having fun while doing their usual tasks, I know that my career here is different than any regular job I see in most companies.
