The investment includes the construction of the slab yard, initial inventory, furniture and fixtures, signage, and pre-operating expenses.
Does Stone Depot provide financing for the franchise?
No. Stone Depot does not provide any form of financing.
Can I apply for a franchise if I don’t have a site or location?
Yes, you can still apply, but Stone Depot will only process applicants with proposed site locations. Nevertheless, Stone Depot will include you in its database of interested applicants without applied sites.
How much is the return on investment?
The slab yard profitability depends on several factors such as sales, market potential, investment, and the franchisee's ability to control his or her operating expenses. Stone Depot will discuss other questions on financial viability only during the interview process.
